Meet Alice, our dedicated Head of Secondary. Originally from London, Alice's journey in education began when she graduated from the University of Warwick with a BA (Hons) in English and Italian Literature in 2008.
Her passion for teaching led her to train as a Secondary English teacher through the UK's Teach First Leadership Ambassador programme in 2013, followed by the completion of her PGCE in Birmingham, where she skillfully taught for three years.
Not one to be confined to a single location, Alice embarked on an enriching teaching experience in Rome for four years at private international schools before finding her way to Geneva in 2019. With her extensive experience, Alice has taken on the role of Head of English and is now leading our Secondary school, bringing her expertise to teaching GCSE and A level English.
Alice's thirst for knowledge doesn't end in the classroom. Always eager to expand her skills, she will be pursuing a Masters in Teaching and Learning at Pembroke College, University of Oxford, this year, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Alice finds joy in travel, indulging in a good read, keeping up with the latest in fashion, and delighting in the world of opera.
